Organisational Structure & Supply Chains
Here at Withnell Car Sales, we pride ourselves on being a family business, offering expert knowledge on the car industry, based on over 25 years of experience in the motor trade. As a family business, we have only a small supply chain and work only with a limited number of businesses. This enables us to maintain a good level of transparency within the processes and to be assured of good working practices through our business and third parties (car dealers) that we work with.
Policies With Relation to Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking
As a family business, we respect human rights and the integrity of individuals in all our endeavours and comply with all relevant laws in this regard. Our employees are encouraged to bring forward any concerns about malpractice or illegal acts and to remain vigilant. We have a whistleblowing policy in place, so any suspicions of modern slavery or other crimes will be brought immediately to management. We conduct all our business ethically and lawfully and are committed to working only with third parties who share our ideals.
Due Diligence Processes
We at Withnell Car Sales have a due diligence process which involves requesting that all our partners have share our commitment to upholding the law. We work only with third parties who have appropriate modern slavery statements in place and will refuse to work with partners who do not share our commitment to preventing and rooting out this crime.
